Professional Service Agreement Consult: ($299)  Includes an initial phone interview to gather the facts surrounding the need for a consultation, and provide a written legal opinion regarding the substance and procedure of the law in relation to the factual situation.  Advise on the preferred course of action, assessing the strengths, weaknesses, and potential risks associated with the contract.  Does not include services in connection with any litigation. (better than going to court)

Draft Termination Letter: ($179) Thorough review of all documentation submitted by client regarding the matter and give an opinion regarding client’s position; identify the strengths and weaknesses of that position, how to prepare to defend their positions, and any counter-arguments the other party will likely raise.  Provide a draft termination letter and strategize with client regarding next steps.

Partnership Agreement Consult: ($299) A comprehensive assessment of the partnership’s goals, structure, and the specific roles of each partner. We will identify potential risks and liabilities associated with the partnership and provide strategic advice on mitigating these issues. Additionally, we will address any questions or concerns regarding the partnership agreement and related legal matters. Finally, we will work collaboratively with you to outline the next steps, ensuring a solid foundation for your partnership’s success.
