We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to patients and clients. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support for customer queries.
  • Assist patients and clients with appointment scheduling, service inquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Provide information regarding healthcare services, insurance policies, and medical procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and data privacy regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate (Any stream) / Diploma in Customer Service or Healthcare-related field preferred.
  • Experience: 6 months – 2 years in customer service, preferably in the healthcare sector. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
  • Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English & Hindi (Punjabi is a plus).
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle queries efficiently.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
