Elnux Modem Control (EMC100) is a simple transparency mode device which connects serial port, Bluetooth data and its I/O into your server over TCP/IP or UDP data protocols. This means any data available at serial port, Bluetooth and I/O will be send to your server over GSM/GPRS networks and vice versa.
