It is a whirlwind trip for sure, but it is probably the easiest way to see the major sites of the region in the least amount of time. The rooms were quite spacious considering it’s a train car!
I have just returned from a wonderful trip on the Palace on Wheels, which departed Delhi on the 29th January 2104. The train and the journey was quite memorable (although perhaps, the carpets and furnishings a little tired) with fantastic service from our "cabin crew" for the Bikaner carriage. Raj and Sirav were amazing, giving us such personalised service and attention: our breakfasts were THE BEST, and the talk of the other passengers - we were very spoilt ! The visits to the various cities and to learn of their heritage and culture was very interesting, and to be able to purchase a little treasure to keep and remind me of this wonderful holiday was very rewarding. I will always have the sights, sounds and colours of India to last me forever, and of the amazing train journey that carried me.

Thank you for taking the time out to visit us personally on 18 September and It was great pleasure to put a face to the name. We owe you and your team another big thanks for finding and delivering Angila's cell phone which was left on the train by mistake. Nitin has been extremely professional and courteous - we also would like to thank him. Now the holiday on POW - it was an amazing experience and a very well organised, coordinated and executed tour. The service was excellent right throughout from the airport pickup to back to the airport. There were a couple of aspect of the tour that we did not appreciate or was not informed about - 1. "SHOPPING" 2. "ETIQUETTE" Shopping - we did anticipate some shopping of token items but not to the tune of mega dollar items such as carpets, marble etc etc. Etiquette - some locals on the tour were rude and often delayed or interupted proceedings. We are very grateful for your experienced and friendly guidance in exciting New Delhi, - this was so helpful for us! We seriously hope that one day we will have the chance to explore also other areas of Incredible India and maybe will see you again. In closing I would just like to say that all is well that ends well and we congratulate you and your team once again.

firstly i want to thank you and nitin for all the support and assistance rendered to my group (16) during our recent trip on the palace on wheels. your help and your willingness to provide air port transport and lunch at broadway hotel and a city tour was greatly appreciated by all. in particular nitin spent a lot of time with us and he was at all times helpful and very pleasant and obliging.he accompanied 2 groups on 2 days to the akshadam temple which was also appreciated. The well organized tours and trips, with the exception of the wild life expedition looking for the tigers.At one point we stopped for the open toilet The food- needs a greater variety. The meals at the Hotels were good. Celebration of the Holi festival was good .Good tour guides overall.Our travel agent's extra services i.e. city tour,lunch, airport transfers etc. Excellent service provided by the cabin attendants as well as the staff at the dining car.
