Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Real Estate Photography London, a trade name of RjR Creative Group Ltd, Company Registration Number 12524051. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. Company Information

Real Estate Photography London is operated by RjR Creative Group Ltd, a UK-registered company based in London. We provide professional, high-end property photography and visual marketing services across all London areas.

2. Services

We offer a full range of property visual marketing services, including but not limited to:

  • Professional property photography

  • Property videos and walkthroughs

  • Floor plans

  • 360° virtual tours

  • Visual marketing for residential and commercial properties


All services are delivered according to the package or quotation agreed at the time of booking.

3. Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once acknowledged in writing via email, message, or other written communication. By confirming a booking, the client accepts these Terms and Conditions in full.

4. Pricing & Quotes

Prices are based on property size, location, and services requested. All quotes are valid for a limited time and may be adjusted if project requirements change after booking.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. Invoices are issued for all services provided. Failure to make payment may result in delays to delivery or refusal of future bookings.

6. Property Readiness

The property must be fully prepared and ready to be photographed at the agreed time. If the property is not ready on arrival, an additional charge of £50 will apply to cover waiting time and disruption to the schedule.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change.

  • Short-notice cancellations (less than 48 hours) will incur a £50 cancellation fee.

  • Where possible, we will aim to reschedule bookings subject to availability.

8. Weekend & Bank Holiday Bookings

Bookings scheduled on weekends or UK bank holidays are subject to an additional £50 charge.

9. Access & Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the agreed time and for obtaining any permissions required to photograph the property, including building or management approval if applicable.

10. Creative Control

Real Estate Photography London retains full creative control over composition, lighting, filming, and editing style. All media is produced to accurately and professionally represent the property .

11. Image & Media Delivery

Images, videos, and other media are typically delivered within 24–48 hours, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery times may vary depending on project scope or unforeseen circumstances.

12. Copyright & Usage Rights

All images, videos, and media remain the copyright of RjR Creative Group Ltd. Clients are granted a licence to use the media solely for marketing and advertising the photographed property. Media may not be sold, transferred, or reused for other properties or third parties without prior written consent.

13. Third-Party Use

Media may be used on property portals, websites, brochures, social media, and advertising platforms in relation to the marketed property. Any additional use requires written approval.

14. Accuracy & Editing

We do not digitally alter or misrepresent property features. Editing is limited to colour correction, brightness, and minor visual enhancements to ensure professional presentation.

15. Liability

While every care is taken, Real Estate Photography London and RjR Creative Group Ltd accept no liability for any loss, damage, or claims arising from the use of our services or media, except where required by law.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including illness, severe weather, equipment failure, or other unforeseen events.

17. Complaints & Feedback

Any concerns should be raised within a reasonable time after delivery. We aim to resolve issues professionally and fairly.

18. Privacy & Data Protection

Client data is handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation and is used solely for communication, invoicing, and service delivery.

19. Amendments

Real Estate Photography London reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

20. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
