“You,” “Client,” or “Your” means the person accessing and using this site.

“Party” or “Parties” refers to either you or us, or both of us together.
These terms cover the formal agreement. They detail the offer and acceptance needed to deliver our services. All language is subject to prevailing Queensland and NSW Australian Law. Any variations in terminology (singular/plural, capitalization) are interchangeable. They always refer to the same entities described here. This ensures a clear legal understanding.
Terms of Service
Access and safety rules are standard. They always apply.
We need a signed purchase order before we can start the work. Include the quotation number.
We only clean areas accessible by machine.
Payment is due in 7 days. Different terms must be agreed upon in advance.
Our scrubbing service does not guarantee complete contaminant removal. EG- Deep oil stains Ect
Rubbish and wastewater removal is not included in the price. Bins must be supplied by the customer.
Tell us about any dangerous chemicals or materials before we begin the job.
Safety documentation and inductions must be specified prior to any work undertaken.
SWMS will be supplied prior to works.
This written quote is valid for 30days.
Any extra work requested will be billed at standard industry rates.
If you cancel after our team arrives, there is a 30% cancellation charge.
Client Responsibilities & Liability
You warrant (guarantee) a safe worksite. You must provide access, utilities, and disclose all hazards before we start. Failure to provide a safe site may cause us to cease work. If so, you remain liable for the full fee.
Report damage due to our negligence within 48 hours. We hold Public Liability Insurance for direct damage claims. We aren’t liable for damage from faulty equipment you supply or existing site defects. Our liability is limits to the service cost. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Confidentiality
All Zones Sweeping & Scrubbing treats your client records as confidential. We won’t sell, share, or rent your personal information. Your email address will never be used for unsolicited mail. Any third-party disclosure only happens if legally required by authorities.
You have the right to request access to your records. Please provide us with reasonable notice for any such request. We will issue copies of relevant information to you as part of our contract. Our communications are strictly related to agreed services.
