Our SDA homes meet the highest design and safety standards and are tailored to suit various support needs (e.g., Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible, Robust, or High Physical Support). Every space is built with comfort, functionality, and security in mind.
We work closely with participants, families, and support coordinators to ensure every individual is matched with a home and housemates that best suit their preferences, goals, and lifestyle.
With ThriveWell’s expertise in mental health, our SDA environments are trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and emotionally safe. Our staff are trained in mental health first aid, de-escalation, and therapeutic communication.
We welcome people from all walks of life, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, and LGBTQIA+ participants. Cultural safety is embedded into our daily practice.
Our team of qualified disability support workers is available around the clock (depending on your plan and funding) to assist with daily tasks, health needs, and personal goals.
We focus on building skills for daily living and increasing autonomy. Participants are encouraged to make decisions about their routines, social activities, and goals in a safe, supported environment.
