TEMPO RELAY 0 TO 30 S
The Parker PRT series pneumatic time delay relay requires an operating pressure between 3 and 8 bar. This on-delay timer has a timing range of 0.1 to 30 seconds. This timer maintains the input signal for an adjustable duration, after which a regenerated output appears. It consists of a solenoid coil/core, an operating spring, a timing disc, a filter, and a diaphragm. The core rises in the coil when activated, causing pressure on the diaphragm. The diaphragm rises in the upper chamber, releasing air through the timing disc. By adjusting the needle valve, you can adjust the timing delay.
Note:
All logic units require mounting on a separate 2- or 3-port base, available separately. The logic units have an input (green) and output (red) pressure indicator to display the respective signal status. The units are supplied with two captive screws for mounting on all types of bases, and the sealing O-rings are located in the lower part of each unit.
